The Craft's Meow and the OWH Monkey Challenge

I loved this sketch from The Craft's Meow and wanted to combine it with the Operation Write Home Midweek Monkey Challenge.  I had ordered this cute set from TPC Studios with little Jungle Animals and had neglected to even ink it up...so bad!  The little I.O.U. ticket is a little mini set from Inkadinkado.

Here's the sketch for June which ends tonight...I need to get better about playing sooner!

A sketch and a cow...

I made it in by the skin of my teeth for this challenge at The Craft's Meow June Sketch Challenge.

It's such a cute challenge that this was my second creation, for this one I turned it on its side and used Cowlik Sunflower from Stampendous, Pumpkin Seed Sentiments from Skipping Stones Design and the sentiment is from Michaels Dollar Collection.

Hope you're having a great day!

Thank my lucky stars...

Each month there is a challenge over at the Operation Write Home blog, Stars and Stamps.  It is sponsored by Our Daily Bread Designs and they have generously offered to pay the shipping for up to two boxes of cards, one for every 25 participants...and a chance to win a gift certificate.  Anyhow, for June the challenge is to make a shaped card.  Now the cards have to meet the guidelines for an Operation Write Home card  (must fit in a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" envelope) so this one turned out a little on the small side, but I thought it turned out cute with this sentiment from Hero Arts.

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to say 'Hi'!

Victorian Thank You

Here's one for the Create for Fun CR84FN55 color challenge to use Lavender, Celery, and Gray.  It started off with a sketch challenge as well, but by the time I was ready to post, that challenge had ended but thanks for the inspiration anyhow...the lovely flower is from Skipping Stones Design Victorian Summer.
